August & After Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to receive your order! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships.

  • During launches or sales, processing times may extend slightly — if so, we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Please note: delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to additional regions in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey to you.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

August & After is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once marked as delivered. If this happens, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Pre-Orders & Special Items

If an item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be listed on the product page. Your entire order may ship together once all items are available.
