August & After Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from August & After. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Store Credit Only

All eligible returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase. We do not provide cash or card refunds.

Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • With tags still attached

  • In original packaging (if applicable)

Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimates, bodysuits, and swimwear

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shopaugustandafter.com. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label for convenience.

A flat $7.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit once your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
